NoggyNet Fleet is a private, single-user automation project operated by Bryan Noggy. It uses platform APIs (Google, TikTok, Meta) exclusively to publish content the operator created (dashcam footage and AI-generated narration he authored) to the operator's own social accounts. The app has no public users besides the operator. It does not collect, store, transmit, or sell data belonging to anyone other than the operator.
The Google Cloud project (ID 924085558879) accesses the following Google API scopes, used solely by the operator on the operator's own Google account (bryannoggy@gmail.com):
youtube, youtube.force-ssl, youtubepartner, yt-analytics.readonly, yt-analytics-monetary.readonly) — upload, schedule, and read analytics for the operator's own videos on the operator's own channel (@YourNoggynet).mail.google.com) — read the operator's own messages programmatically for personal workflow automation (e.g. processing income remittance emails). Messages are never forwarded to third parties.drive) — read and write files the operator owns, used for backing up generated content and pipeline state.calendar) — read and write events on the operator's own personal calendar for scheduling fleet operations.documents, spreadsheets) — read and write the operator's own documents and the operator's own financial-tracking spreadsheet.fitness.activity.read, fitness.body.read, fitness.heart_rate.read, fitness.location.read, fitness.sleep.read) — read the operator's own personal health-and-fitness data for personal logging.adsense.readonly) — read the operator's own YouTube AdSense earnings for personal financial tracking.userinfo.email, userinfo.profile, openid) — confirm that the OAuth token is bound to the correct Google account.@bangy413).open_id, username) returned by the OAuth flow, used to confirm the token is bound to the correct account.The app retains operator data only as long as it is operationally useful. Generated videos are archived after publication. Pipeline state is retained for diagnostic purposes. Because the app has no users other than the operator, there is no third-party deletion request to honor; the operator can delete all stored data at any time by terminating the systems on which it runs.
The operator's use of each platform's API is bound by that platform's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines (Google API Services User Data Policy, TikTok Developer Terms, Meta Platform Terms). Any use that violates those policies will result in voluntary cessation.
The app does not collect, process, or transmit any data about children. The operator is an adult and is the sole user of the app.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective date at the top of this page. Because this app has no external users, no notification mechanism is required beyond updating this page.
