NoggyNet Fleet is a personal automation project used solely by its operator (Bryan Noggy) to publish content to and read data from his own accounts on third-party platforms, including Google (YouTube, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Fit, AdSense), TikTok (@bangy413), and Meta (Facebook Page & Instagram). The app is not offered as a service to any third party. There are no public users.
Use of the app is limited to the operator. The operator's use of each platform's API complies with that platform's Developer Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable law. The content published through the app (dashcam footage of West Virginia roads and AI-generated narration about regional history) is original to the operator and is published only to the operator's own accounts.
The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator assumes all responsibility for content posted through the app.
The operator shall not be liable to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the operation of this app, since the app is not made available to any third party. Operational risk is the operator's own.
The operator agrees to comply with all applicable laws and with the Developer Terms of each platform whose API is used by the app. Any violation will result in voluntary cessation of API use by the operator.
The operator may revoke the app's access to any platform at any time:

Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective date at the top of this page. Because this app has no external users, no notification mechanism is required beyond updating this page.
