NoggyNet Fleet is a personal automation project operated by Bryan Noggy of West Virginia. It powers a single-user dashcam documentary pipeline that processes and publishes short-form video about West Virginia roads, place-name etymology, mining and labor history, and regional geography. The associated YouTube channel is @YourNoggynet.
This site exists to host the public policy documents required by third-party platform APIs that the operator uses to publish content from the pipeline. It is not a user-facing application and has no public sign-up.
